Make sure you have the basics in place so the connection works smoothly.
Requirements
- You have an active Shopify store.
- The Ship24 Tracking app is already installed on that store.
- You are signed in as the store owner or staff with permission to manage apps.
Connecting Your Shopify Store to Ship24
Use these steps right after installing the app.
- In your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Apps.
- Find Ship24 Tracking in the list of installed apps.

- Click Open app to launch Ship24.

You will be directed to a new window where you have to log in your Ship24 account.
Connecting without a Ship24 account
On the same page, click on Create an account. After that, simply:
- Enter your email address.
- Click Sign-Up and link my store.

Connecting with an existing Ship24 account
- Proceed normally by entering your email address and password.
- Click Log In and link my store.
