How to Connect Your Shopify Stores to Ship24

Introduction


This article shows you how to connect your Shopify store to the Ship24 Order Tracking app after installation. Follow these steps to make sure your orders sync correctly, and Ship24 can start tracking your shipments.

Make sure you have the basics in place so the connection works smoothly.


Requirements


  • You have an active Shopify store.
  • The Ship24 Tracking app is already installed on that store.
  • You are signed in as the store owner or staff with permission to manage apps.


Connecting Your Shopify Store to Ship24


Use these steps right after installing the app.


  1. In your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Apps.
  2. Find Ship24 Tracking in the list of installed apps.

  1. Click Open app to launch Ship24.


You will be directed to a new window where you have to log in your Ship24 account.


Connecting without a Ship24 account


On the same page, click on Create an account. After that, simply:


  1. Enter your email address.
  2. Click Sign-Up and link my store.



Connecting with an existing Ship24 account


  1. Proceed normally by entering your email address and password.
  2. Click Log In and link my store.




You can connect as many Shopify stores to one Ship24 order tracking app as you want, all your tracked shipments will be deducted from your unique plan’s quota.
