# How to Connect Your Shopify Stores to Ship24

### Introduction

This article shows you how to connect your Shopify store to the [Ship24 Order Tracking app](https://apps.shopify.com/ship24) after installation. Follow these steps to make sure your orders sync correctly, and Ship24 can start tracking your shipments.

### Tips Before You Start

Make sure you have the basics in place so the connection works smoothly.

###### Requirements

* You have an active **Shopify store**.
* The **Ship24 Tracking** app is already installed on that store.
* You are signed in as the **store owner** or staff with permission to manage apps.

### Connecting Your Shopify Store to Ship24

Use these steps right after installing the app.

1. In your Shopify admin, go to **Settings > Apps**.
2. Find **Ship24 Tracking** in the list of installed apps.

3. Click **Open app** to launch Ship24.

You will be directed to a new window where you have to log in your Ship24 account.

###### Connecting without a Ship24 account

On the same page, click on **Create an account**. After that, simply:

1. Enter your email address.
2. Click **Sign-Up and link my store**.

###### Connecting with an existing Ship24 account 

1. Proceed normally by entering your email address and password. 
2. Click **Log In and link my store**.
