Make sure you have the basics in place so the import works correctly.

###### Requirements

* Your Shopify store is already connected to Ship24.
* You can access your Ship24 Shipment Dashboard.

### Import Existing Orders from Shopify

Once you open your Ship24 app from Shopify, you will be directed to your Shipment Dashboard. To import existing orders, click on **Add shipment**. After that:

1. Click on **Integrations**.
2. On **Source**, choose your Shopify store.
3. Enter the **Number of Orders To Import**.
4. Select the dates from which you want Ship24 to start looking at your Shopify orders.
5. Click on **Add shipment**. Ship24 will start importing your orders. If you are importing large amount of numbers, it may take a few minutes to be fully processed.

### Frequently Asked Questions and Troubleshooting

###### I clicked Add shipment but no orders appeared

Check the following:

1. Confirm you selected the **correct Shopify store** in the Source field.
2. Make sure the **Order Creation Date** is early enough to include the orders you expect.
3. Verify the **Number Of Orders To Import** is greater than zero.
4. Refresh the Shipment Dashboard after a few minutes, especially if you imported a large batch.

If shipments still don’t appear, try a smaller test import with a more recent date.
---

###### Some orders imported, but others are missing

Common reasons:

* The missing orders may not have **tracking numbers** in Shopify yet. Only orders with tracking information can be tracked in Ship24.
* Your **Number Of Orders To Import** limit may have been reached before those orders were processed.
* The orders might be **older than the chosen Order Creation Date**.

Adjust your date and number limits, then run another import.
---

###### Can I import the same orders twice?

If you repeat an import with overlapping dates, Ship24 will usually match existing shipments and avoid creating duplicates. However, it’s best to:

* Use clear **date ranges** and **order counts**, and
* Avoid repeatedly importing the same period unless you are troubleshooting.
