How Ship24 Tracking Plans Work with the Shopify App
Ship24 offers several tracking solution plans that you can use with the Shopify app.
No matter which tracking solution plan you choose:
- You can use the Ship24 Shopify app to track orders, use the shipment dashboard, and offer a branded tracking page.
- Your plan limits and features (for example, shipment limits, AI courier auto-detection, Tracking API access on higher tiers) come from your active Ship24 subscription.
If You Are New To Ship24
If you don’t have a Ship24 account or tracking solution plan yet, you can start directly from the Shopify app.
In this case:
- You will create a new Ship24 account from within the Shopify app.
- Your subscription payment will be billed through Shopify, using Shopify’s standard app billing system.
If You Already Have an Existing Ship24 Tracking Subscription
If you are already subscribed to Ship24’s Tracking Solution:
- You can install the Shopify app and start using it right away.
- Your subscription will continue to be billed normally by Stripe, just as before.
