Why the list is shorter than our courier coverage
POD availability depends on the courier, and three things have to be true.
The courier has to capture proof in the first place. Many services do not, particularly economy options and deliveries that are not signed for.
The courier has to make it available against a tracking number. Some couriers release proof only to the contract holder who paid for the shipment, which means it cannot be provided to anyone tracking the parcel.
It has to be available without information only the recipient holds. Several couriers require a recipient phone number, a post code, or a code sent to the recipient before showing proof of delivery.
