Which Couriers Support Proof of Delivery (POD)

Introduction

Ship24 can provide Proof of Delivery for the couriers listed below. POD coverage depends on what each courier makes available, so this list is much shorter than our full courier coverage.

This page is updated as we add couriers. Last reviewed August 2026.

POD support is not the same as tracking support. Ship24 tracks more than 2,500 couriers. Only the couriers on this page provide Proof of Delivery.

Why the list is shorter than our courier coverage

POD availability depends on the courier, and three things have to be true.

The courier has to capture proof in the first place. Many services do not, particularly economy options and deliveries that are not signed for.

The courier has to make it available against a tracking number. Some couriers release proof only to the contract holder who paid for the shipment, which means it cannot be provided to anyone tracking the parcel.

It has to be available without information only the recipient holds. Several couriers require a recipient phone number, a post code, or a code sent to the recipient before showing proof of delivery.

If a courier you use is missing from this list, tell our support team. Customer demand is the main input into which couriers we add next.
