Customizing your Branded Tracking Page

Ship24 offers various customization options, allowing you to personalize the look and feel of your tracking page, add relevant content, and optimize it for engagement.

In this guide, we’ll walk you through the key customization features, including branding and style adjustments, layout modifications, and additional marketing elements.

Branding



The Branding tab allows you to personalize your Branded Tracking Page to reflect your brand identity. This section lets you customize the store name, logo, favicon, social media links, navigation menu, and Ship24 branding display.

Navigate to the Branding tab.


Store Information


Store Name: Enter your store’s name to display at the top of the tracking page.
Store Link: Add the URL to your store’s website so users can easily access it.



Favicon: Upload a 128×128 px PNG or JPG file to display as the browser tab icon.
Logo: Upload a 1200×1200 px PNG or JPG file to appear on your Branded Tracking Page.

Tip: Ensure your images are high quality and within the size limits (1MB max) for the best display.



Enhance user engagement by linking your social media profiles. Simply paste the URLs into the respective fields:

Facebook
Instagram
TikTok
X (formerly Twitter)

Menu Customization


You can create a navigation menu for your Branded Tracking Page by adding up to four links:

Item 1 – Link 1
Item 2 – Link 2
Item 3 – Link 3
Item 4 – Link 4

Tip: Use these menu items to link to pages like FAQs, Contact, Returns Policy, or other important sections of your website.

Ship24 Branding


If you want to embed order delivery history within your Branded Tracking Page, enable this setting.
Toggle the Embedded order delivery history switch to activate or deactivate it.

Tip: Enabling this feature helps customers view their past tracking information directly on your page.

Final Checklist Before Saving


Store name and URL are correct
Favicon and logo are uploaded with the correct dimensions
Social media links are added
Menu items link to relevant pages
Ship24 branding feature is enabled or disabled as needed

Saving Your Changes


Once you've made all customizations:

Review your settings to ensure all links and images are correct.
Click Save to apply the changes to your Branded Tracking Page.


Style



The Style tab allows you to define the visual appearance of your Branded Tracking Page, ensuring it aligns with your brand identity. This section lets you customize typography (fonts) and colors, creating a seamless and professional look for your customers.

Navigate to the Style tab.



Typography Customization


The typography section allows you to select the font used throughout your tracking page.

Primary Font: Choose a font style from the dropdown menu to apply to your page.

Preview Text: A sample sentence, “The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog”*, is displayed to preview the selected font in real time.

Tip: Select a font that complements your brand and ensures readability for your users.

Color Customization


You can modify the colors used on your Branded Tracking Page to match your brand’s theme.

Primary Color: Defines the background color for the menu, titles, and footer.
Secondary Color: Defines the text color used in the menu, titles, and footer.

To update a color:

Click the pencil icon next to the color field.
Choose a new color from the color picker or enter a hex code for precise branding.
Click Save to apply changes.

Tip: Use contrasting colors to ensure readability. For example, a dark primary color works well with a light secondary color.

Final Checklist Before Saving


The selected font is readable and aligns with your brand
Primary and secondary colors contrast well for visibility
Preview looks as expected before finalizing changes

Saving Your Changes


Once you've selected your preferred font and colors:

Review the preview to ensure the selections match your branding.
Click Edit (bottom right) if further adjustments are needed.
Click Save to apply the updates.


Marketing & Upselling



The Marketing & Upselling tab allows you to promote products, special offers, or relevant content directly on your Branded Tracking Page. This section lets you add marketing blocks and banners to engage customers and drive conversions.

Navigate to the Marketing tab.



Marketing & Upselling Blocks


This section lets you create up to four marketing blocks, each with a title, link, and image. These blocks appear at the top of the tracking page.

For each block:

Title: Enter a short, engaging title.
Link: Add a URL where users will be redirected when clicking the block.
Image: Upload a 250×350 px PNG or JPG file (max size 1MB).

Tip: Use these blocks to highlight promotions, featured products, FAQs, or special announcements.

Marketing & Upselling Banners


You can display two banner spaces for promotions:

Banner 1
Link: Add a URL for redirection.
Image: Upload a 350×450 px PNG or JPG (max size 1MB).

Banner 2 (Desktop Only)
Link: Add a URL for redirection.
Image: Upload a 1110×220 px PNG or JPG (max size 1MB)

Tip: Use Banner 1 for general promotions and Banner 2 for desktop-specific campaigns, such as detailed offers or informational banners.

Final Checklist Before Saving


Titles and links are correct
Uploaded images match the required dimensions
Promotional messages align with your branding and marketing goals

Saving Your Changes


Once you've set up your marketing blocks and banners:

Review the preview to ensure correct placement and appearance.
Click Save to apply the changes.
