Setting Up Your Branded Tracking Page
Introduction
A Branded Tracking Page gives your customers a tracking page that looks like your store instead of a courier website. You control the branding, the content, and the layout, which keeps customers engaged and cuts down on "Where Is My Order" enquiries.
This article covers creating a page and managing your pages. For everything inside the editor, see customizing your Branded Tracking Page.

Who can use it
Branded Tracking Pages are part of the All-in-one Tracking Solution. You can start on the free plan to try it out, with limits on shipments and customization options.
How many pages you can run depends on your plan:
Plan | Tracking pages |
|---|---|
Free | 1 |
Essential | 3 |
Pro | 10 |
Enterprise | 10 |
Running several pages is useful when you sell under more than one brand, serve different markets, or want a separate page for a campaign. See Ship24 pricing and plans explained to compare plans.
The Tracking Pages list
Open Tracking Pages in the sidebar. Every page you have appears here as a card, with a desktop and a mobile thumbnail.
![]()
- Add page creates a new tracking page.
- The counter shows how many pages you are using against your plan limit.
- The star marks your primary page. The pencil renames the page.
- Your public page URL, with a button to copy it.
- Row actions: edit the page, delete it, or open the menu for Duplicate, Set as Default, and View Live Page.
Creating a page
- Click Add page.
- Choose how to start.
- Enter a page name.
- Enter your page URL.
- Click Create.

- Start from scratch gives you a blank page. Duplicate existing copies the settings of a page you already have, which is faster when you want a consistent look across brands or markets.
- The page name is internal. It identifies the page in your list, so use something you will recognise later, such as a brand or a campaign.
- The page URL is public. Most people use their brand name, giving something like
my-brand.ship24.com. - Create builds the page and opens the editor.
Managing your pages
Rename a page with the pencil icon next to its name. This changes the internal name only, not the public URL.
Set a primary page from the row menu. The primary page carries the star, and it is the page your delivery notification emails link to.
Duplicate a page from the row menu to reuse an existing configuration as a starting point.
Delete a page with the bin icon. You cannot delete your primary page. Set another page as primary first, and the bin icon becomes available.
General settings
Open a page and go to the General tab.

- Tracking Page URL is your public page address, with a button to copy it.
- Custom Domain points your own domain at the page, so customers see something like
track.yourstore.cominstead of a ship24.com address. See using a custom domain for your Branded Tracking Page. - IFrame Embed places the tracking page inside a page on your own website. Choose With Menu or Without Menu, then copy the snippet and paste it into your site. Without Menu suits an embed that sits inside your existing site navigation, since it avoids showing two menus.
- Languages sets which languages your page is offered in. See offering your page in several languages.
Next steps
Your page exists but still looks generic. Next, customize the content and styling, then set up delivery notifications so customers are emailed as their status changes.
