How to Search Shipments on the Shipment Dashboard

Introduction


The Shipment Dashboard allows you to quickly find specific shipments or analyze groups of shipments using search, filters, and sorting options. This helps you easily access the tracking information that matters most to your operations.

Search a Shipment


To search for a specific shipment:


  1. Type or paste the tracking number in the search field located at the top of the Shipment Dashboard.
  2. The results will display shipments that exactly match the tracking number entered.



Only full tracking numbers are searchable. Partial matches or order numbers are not supported in the search field.


Filter Your Dashboard


Filters help narrow down the list of shipments displayed on your dashboard. To filter your tracking numbers:


  1. Click Add Filters.
  2. Select one or more filters from the available options
  3. Click Apply.



Now that the filters are selected, you will need to choose the value to apply:


  1. Choose a filter to change its variable.
  2. Select or enter the variable you are looking for.
  3. Click Apply to update your dashboard view.



Available Filters and Their Definitions


Filter

Definition

Status

Filters shipments based on their current delivery stage (e.g., In Transit, Delivered, Exception).

Courier

Filters shipments by courier or carrier name used for delivery.

Origin

Filters shipments based on the country or region where they were shipped from.

Destination

Filters shipments based on the country or region where they are being delivered.

Source

Filters shipments by the integration source (e.g., Ship24, or platform connection like Shopify).

Shop Name

Filters shipments by the connected shop or marketplace where the order originated.

Added On

Filters shipments by the date they were added to the dashboard.

Shipped Date

Filters shipments by the date they were handed over to the courier.

Delivery Date

Filters shipments by the actual or estimated delivery date.

Last Event

Filters shipments by the most recent tracking update.

Transit Time

Filters shipments based on total transit duration in days.


Sort Your Dashboard


Sorting helps organize your shipment list based on time-related metrics. To sort your shipments on the shipment dashboard:


  1. Click Sort in the top-right area of the dashboard.
  2. Select one of the available sorting options.
  3. Choose whether to display newest first or oldest first.



Available Sorting Options


  • Added – Sorts by the date the shipment was added to your dashboard.
  • Last Event – Sorts by the timestamp of the most recent tracking event.
  • Delivery Date – Sorts by the actual or expected delivery date.
  • Shipped Date – Sorts by the date the shipment was dispatched.
  • Transit Time – Sorts by the total number of days in transit.


Results per Page and Pagination


At the bottom of the Shipment Dashboard:


  • Results per page: Choose how many shipments to display on each page.
  • Pagination controls: Navigate between pages if your shipment list spans multiple pages.
