How to Search Shipments on the Shipment Dashboard

Introduction

The Shipment Dashboard lets you quickly find specific shipments, or analyse groups of shipments, using search, filters and sorting. This helps you get to the tracking information that matters most to your operations.

Search for a shipment

  1. Type or paste the tracking number in the search field at the top of the Shipment Dashboard.
  2. The results show shipments that exactly match the tracking number entered.

Only full tracking numbers are searchable. Partial matches and order numbers are not supported in the search field.

To find a shipment by order number instead, use the filters below.

Filter your dashboard

Filters narrow down the list of shipments displayed. To filter your dashboard:

  1. Click Add Filters.
  2. Select one or more filters from the available options.
  3. Click Apply.

With the filters selected, choose the value to apply:

  1. Choose a filter to change its value.
  2. Select or enter the value you are looking for.
  3. Click Apply to update your dashboard view.

Available filters

Filter

What it does

Status

Filters by current delivery stage, for example In Transit, Delivered or Exception

Courier

Filters by the courier handling the delivery

Origin

Filters by the country or region the shipment was sent from

Destination

Filters by the country or region it is being delivered to

Source

Filters by how the shipment reached Ship24, for example added directly or through a Shopify connection

Shop Name

Filters by the connected shop or marketplace the order came from

Added On

Filters by the date the shipment was added to the dashboard

Shipped Date

Filters by the date it was handed over to the courier

Delivery Date

Filters by the actual or estimated delivery date

Last Event

Transit Time

Filters by total transit duration in days

Combining a status filter with a transit time filter is the quickest way to find shipments that are stuck. For example In Transit with a transit time above your normal delivery window.

Sort your dashboard

Sorting organises your shipment list by time-related values. To sort:

  1. Click Sort in the top-right area of the dashboard.
  2. Select one of the available sorting options.
  3. Choose whether to display newest first or oldest first.

Available sorting options

  • Added, the date the shipment was added to your dashboard
  • Last Event, the timestamp of the most recent tracking event
  • Delivery Date, the actual or expected delivery date
  • Shipped Date, the date the shipment was dispatched
  • Transit Time, the total number of days in transit

Results per page and pagination

At the bottom of the Shipment Dashboard:

  • Results per page sets how many shipments appear on each page.
  • Pagination controls move between pages when your list spans more than one.

Next steps

Once you have the view you want, export the data. The export includes every shipment currently displayed, so filtering first is how you export a subset.
