How to Export Data on the Shipment Dashboard
Introduction
Ship24 lets you export your shipment tracking data in Excel or CSV format, making it easy to analyze in your own system and track the overall progress of your deliveries.
Who Can Use the Export Shipment Data
This feature is available for:
- Customers with an active subscription to the Tracking Solution Pro Plan
- Customers using the Tracking API with the Dashboard Companion
Preparing Data for Export
The export includes all shipments currently displayed on the Shipment Dashboard.
You can refine the data to export by:
- Applying filters in the dashboard (e.g., date ranges, couriers)
- Using the Status Quick Filters at the top of the dashboard
- Selecting the Archived status filter to export archived shipments
How to Export
- Filter your dashboard to display the desired shipments.
- Click Export in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
- Choose the file format (Excel or CSV).
- Click Export to generate and download the report.

The export file will include all related shipment information.
Fields in the Export File
Tracker Information
- tracking_number – The unique tracking number assigned by the courier.
- order_number – The order reference provided by the merchant or marketplace.
- title – A custom label or title added to identify the shipment.
- courier_code_1 / courier_code_2 / courier_code_3 – The primary and fallback courier codes used for tracking.
- added_on – The date and time when the shipment was added to the dashboard.
- tracker_id – The unique Ship24 tracker ID assigned to the shipment.
Shipment Information
- status_milestone – The overall milestone of the shipment (e.g., In Transit, Delivered).
- last_event_status – The status of the most recent tracking event.
- last_event_datetime – The date and time of the latest tracking update.
- last_event_location – The location provided in the most recent tracking update.
- origin_country – The country where the shipment originated.
- destination_country – The country where the shipment is intended to be delivered.
Recipient Information
- recipient_post_code – The postal code of the recipient’s address.
- recipient_full_name – The full name of the recipient.
- recipient_email – The email address of the recipient (if provided).
- recipient_phone – The phone number of the recipient (if provided).
Delivery Information
- shipping_date – The date the shipment was handed over to the courier.
- estimated_delivery_date – The expected delivery date provided by the courier.
- transit_time_in_days – The total number of days the shipment has been in transit.
- milestone_datetime_info_received – The date and time when the shipment information was first received.
- milestone_datetime_in_transit – The date and time the shipment started moving in transit.
- milestone_datetime_out_for_delivery – The date and time the shipment was sent out for delivery to the recipient.
- milestone_datetime_failed_attempt – The date and time of a failed delivery attempt.
- milestone_datetime_available_for_pickup – The date and time when the shipment became available for pickup at a location.
- milestone_datetime_delivered – The date and time the shipment was successfully delivered.
- milestone_datetime_exception – The date and time when an exception event occurred (e.g., customs delay, returned to sender).
