How to Track Your Temu Orders with Ship24
Introduction
The Ship24 app for Temu connects your Temu store to your Ship24 account, so every order you ship is tracked automatically. This article covers installing the app, connecting one or more stores, importing orders you shipped before connecting, and where your Temu shipments appear. It is written for Temu sellers in the European Union.

Before you start
Make sure you have the following in place.
Requirements
- You sell on Temu in the European Union.
- You are signed in to Temu with permission to install and authorize apps.
- You have a Ship24 account, or you create one while connecting your store.
Installing the Ship24 app on Temu
You can start from either side, on Temu or in your Ship24 account. Both routes end at the same Temu authorization page.
Starting from Temu Seller Center
- Select "Apps and services" in the side navigation, then click "App Store" in the options that appear beneath it.
- Search for Ship24 using the search box at the top of the page.
- Open the Ship24 app from the results.
- Click "Authorize" to start linking your store.
Starting from your Ship24 account
- Go to Apps in your Ship24 dashboard.
- Select Connect your Temu store in the Temu section.

Installing the app authorizes Ship24 on the Temu side. Connecting it, in the next section, tells Ship24 which account your store belongs to. Both steps are needed before any order is tracked.
Connecting your Temu store to Ship24
- When Temu asks you to authorize the Ship24 app, agree to the permissions, then confirm.
- Temu returns you to the Ship24 "Connect your Temu store" page.
- Log in to your Ship24 account, or click "Create an account" to sign up with your email address. If you started from your Ship24 account you are already signed in, so this step is skipped.
- Your store is linked as soon as you are signed in, and Ship24 emails you to confirm.

Finish the connection in the same browser session. If you close the page before signing in to Ship24, start again from the Temu card in your Ship24 account.
Linking more than one Temu store
Temu keeps each country store separate, so a seller operating in France and Germany has two stores rather than one. Each store is authorized and connected on its own, and you can link as many as you need to a single Ship24 account. Shipments from all of them are tracked against the same plan.
Temu identifies a store by its shop ID rather than by a name, so each connected store appears in Ship24 as a long number. The IDs look alike, which makes it easy to lose track of which store is which.
Importing orders you shipped earlier
Connecting a store starts tracking new orders from that point on. Orders you shipped before connecting are imported separately, whenever you need them.
- On your Shipment Dashboard, click "+ Add shipment".
- Select the "Integrations" tab.
- Under "Source", choose the Temu store you want to import from.
- Type the "Number Of Orders To Import".
- Set the "Order Creation Date" to the period you want to import, which can cover up to 30 days.
- Click "Add shipment".

One import covers up to 30 days and up to 10,000 orders, and you can run one import per hour for each store. To reach orders older than 30 days, run several imports and move the date range back each time. Ship24 tracks parcels up to six months old, so importing anything shipped before that uses quota without returning any tracking results. A large import runs in the background and takes a few minutes, so your shipments appear gradually rather than all at once.
Where your Temu shipments appear
Connected Temu orders arrive in your Shipment Dashboard alongside everything else you track, labelled with Temu as their source. Each one carries the Temu order number, the recipient details and destination, and the shipping date, and its status updates as the courier reports progress. See Understanding Shipment Delivery Statuses for what each status means.

An order is tracked once Temu marks it as shipped, because that is the point at which it has a tracking number. Orders you are still preparing, and cancelled orders, do not create a tracked shipment.
Where Temu provides the courier's name, Ship24 uses it. Where it does not, Ship24 identifies the courier from the tracking number itself, so your shipment is still tracked.
Removing a Temu store
Remove a store from the Temu card in your Ship24 account and confirm when asked. Ship24 stops tracking new orders from that store and emails you to confirm. Shipments it is already tracking are unaffected.
Removing the Ship24 app on Temu instead stops new orders from reaching Ship24, but the store stays listed in your Ship24 account until you remove it there as well. To disconnect fully, remove it in both places.
Frequently asked questions
My Temu orders are not appearing in Ship24
Check these in order:
- Confirm the store is still listed and connected in your Ship24 account.
- Confirm the order is marked as shipped on Temu and has a tracking number. Orders without one cannot be tracked.
- If the order was shipped before you connected the store, import it using the steps above.
- If you imported orders shipped more than six months ago, they will not return tracking results. Ship24 tracks parcels up to six months old.
- If new orders stopped appearing at some point, the permission you granted on Temu has probably expired. Authorize the app again.
How do I import more than 30 days of orders?
Run one import per 30-day period, working backwards. Import the most recent 30 days first, then set the date range to the 30 days before that, and so on. Leave an hour between imports of the same store, because each store allows one import per hour. There is no point going back further than six months, because Ship24 tracks parcels up to six months old.
Can I connect more than one Temu store?
Yes. Temu separates your stores by country, and each one is connected separately to the same Ship24 account.
Why does my store show a number instead of a name?
Temu identifies each store by its shop ID and does not provide a store name, so Ship24 shows the ID. Keep a note of which ID belongs to which country store.
Does connecting Temu change what my customers see?
Ship24 does not send tracking updates back into Temu. Your Temu shipments are tracked in your Ship24 account like any other shipment, so they work with your Delivery Notifications in the same way, and you decide what your customers receive.
Will importing the same dates twice duplicate my shipments?
No. Ship24 recognises orders it already tracks and skips them, so they are neither duplicated nor charged to your quota a second time.
Do Temu shipments count towards my plan?
Yes. Each tracking number counts as one shipment, the same as any other shipment you track. See the pricing page for what each plan includes.
