Ship24 Product Updates
Introduction
This is our running changelog. We update it as we ship, with the newest changes at the top.
See your delivery emails before they send
13 July 2026, Delivery Notifications, new feature
- Delivery Notifications now has a live preview that updates as you edit, showing both the inbox listing and the full email body.
- The inbox preview shows your sender name, sender address, subject line and timestamp exactly as a customer sees them before opening anything, so subject lines can be tested rather than guessed at.
- Switch between any delivery stage and between desktop and mobile to check every email you send.
- See customizing your Delivery Notifications.
Run more than one tracking page
15 June 2026, Branded Tracking Page, new feature
- You can now run several Branded Tracking Pages on one account, for different brands, different markets, or a single campaign.
- Create a page from scratch or duplicate an existing one to reuse its configuration.
- Mark one page as primary, which is the page your delivery notification emails link to.
- Page allowance depends on your plan: 1 on Free, 3 on Essential, 10 on Pro.
- See setting up your Branded Tracking Page.
Branded Tracking Page V2
10 June 2026, Branded Tracking Page, major release
The Branded Tracking Page has been rebuilt. Three things landed together.
A rebuilt editor with live preview
- The editor now updates as you type, so you no longer save and reload to see a change.
- Preview any delivery status, including the empty states for an order with no events yet and an order that cannot be found, and switch between desktop and mobile.
- New styling controls: separate text and background colours for the header, body, button and footer, a base font size and heading scale, corner radius, and layout density.
- New content controls: search widget lookup mode, custom milestone titles, custom empty state wording, display toggles for the progress bar, courier name and tracking number, and a reorderable header menu.
- Embed your tracking page in your own website with an iframe, with or without the menu.
Your own domain
- Point your own domain at your tracking page, so customers track orders at an address like track.yourstore.com instead of a ship24.com subdomain.
- Verification is a TXT record and a CNAME record added at your DNS provider.
- Each tracking page has its own custom domain, so pages for different brands can each use their own.
- Available on Tracking Solution Pro. See using a custom domain.
Several languages
- Your tracking page can be offered in several languages, with a language selector on the page itself.
- Choose which languages to offer and which is the default. Visitors who arrive without choosing see your default.
- Standard wording such as milestone titles comes pre-translated. Your own content, including navigation labels and marketing blocks, is written per language.
- Language allowance depends on your plan: English only on Free, up to 5 on Essential, all available languages on Pro.
See customizing your Branded Tracking Page for the full walkthrough.
Export webhook history for any shipment
1 June 2026, Integration, new feature
- You can now download the full webhook delivery history for a shipment as a JSON file, straight from your dashboard or via the Tracking API.
- Each export lists every push attempt we have made to your endpoint, with status codes, timestamps, and the complete request and response payloads, so you can see exactly what was sent and what came back.
- Use it to debug failed pushes, audit deliveries, spot which events need resending, or investigate why a webhook went silent, with no support ticket required.
Use the dashboard in your preferred language
1 June 2026, Dashboard, new feature
- The Ship24 dashboard is now available in multiple languages.
- Pick your preferred language from the flag icon in the top navigation bar, or from the Language field under Manage Account > Profile information.
- The two stay in sync, so your choice follows you across every page.
- Supported languages are English, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Swedish, Danish, Czech, Slovak, Romanian, Hungarian, Croatian, Slovenian, Lithuanian, Russian, Hindi, Japanese, Korean, Chinese (Simplified), Thai, Vietnamese, and Indonesian.
