Adding your shipments to the Ship24 Dashboard is easy and flexible — whether you’re tracking one package or uploading thousands.

In this article we’ll walk you through the 3 ways you can add shipments:

Add a Single Shipment
Add Multiple Shipments (Bulk Paste)
Import Shipments via CSV file

Whatever method you choose to add shipment, always start by:

Go to your Shipment Dashboard.
Click on the “Add shipment” button (top-right).

Add a single shipment

This method is perfect for manually tracking a single parcel.

Steps:

Select the “Add one shipment” tab.
Fill in the following:

Tracking Number (required)
Origin Country and Destination Country (optional but recommended to improve result)
Courier (optional – you can add it manually if you know it or let us auto-detect)
Recipient Post Code (optional – required to get result for some couriers)

Click “Show Options” if you wish to reveal additional fields such as:

Title
Order Number
Recipient Name
Recipient Phone number
Recipient Email

Click “Add shipment” to confirm.

The Branding tab allows you to personalize your Branded Tracking Page to reflect your brand identity. This section lets you customize the store name, logo, favicon, social media links, navigation menu, and Ship24 branding display.

Store Information

Store Name: Enter your store’s name to display at the top of the tracking page.
Store Link: Add the URL to your store’s website so users can easily access it.

Favicon & Logo

Favicon: Upload a 128×128 px PNG or JPG file to display as the browser tab icon.
Logo: Upload a 1200×1200 px PNG or JPG file to appear on your Branded Tracking Page.

Pending

The tracking number has been added to Ship24, but we haven’t received any tracking data yet. This usually means:

The shipment hasn’t been scanned by the courier yet.
The courier hasn’t shared tracking data yet.

Info Received

Ship24 has received the tracking number and basic info, but the package is not yet physically in the courier’s hands. This often happens when:

A label has been created.
The parcel hasn’t been dropped off or picked up yet.

In Transit

The shipment is on its way!

This status includes:

Movement between courier facilities.
Departure from or arrival at airports.
Customs clearance in progress.

Search a Shipment

To search for a specific shipment:

Type or paste the tracking number in the search field located at the top of the Shipment Dashboard.
The results will display shipments that exactly match the tracking number entered.

|| Only full tracking numbers are searchable. Partial matches or order numbers are not supported in the search field.

Filter Your Dashboard

Filters help narrow down the list of shipments displayed on your dashboard. To filter your tracking numbers:

Click Add Filters.
Select one or more filters from the available options
Click Apply.
